Order Processing & Shipping

Ordering
Orders are accepted via telephone, fax, and email.  Please provide SBC with your penetration details, and we will provide you with an appropriate flashing.  If you are unsure of what you may need, unfamiliar with our line, or would like a custom flashing designed to match your specifications, our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.

Lead Time
Most orders for standard model SBC Flashings can ship out the same day, but each order is unique and may be subject to slightly longer lead times.

Monday – Friday:  7:00am – 5:00pm (EST)  

Pick Up
Local customers have the option to pick up their order from our warehouse.  

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Available shipping options include:  Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, & 2nd Day Air.  Saturday delivery can be arranged in most cases.

Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is determined upon the boxed size and weight of your completed order.  All rates are calculated using the UPS online rate calculator.  SBC will NEVER charge a handling or processing fee.

Receipt of Order
Please inspect contents and contact SBC with any concerns within 48 hours of receiving your order.  SBC will take a situational approach to promptly and fairly rectify any matter caused by error.
