ORDERING You may place an order by fax or telephone. Please provide the outside diameter of the pipe or accurate measurements of the penetration to be flashed. When ordering a flashing for a non-standard / unusual penetration, faxing along drawing is always beneficial. Also, when faxing an order please provide your company information, project name, shipping address, and purchase order number. PAYMENT SBC Industries accepts payments in the forms of COD delivery, MasterCard, Visa, or line of credit. Those interested in establishing a line of credit should contact SBC Industries and have a credit application faxed to them. Once completely filled out, a credit application can usually be processed within one day and when approved offers Net 30 billing. SHIPPING In most cases, standard flashings are shipped the same day the order comes in. Standard shipping is RPS ground track, and SBC Industries will pay for freight on orders over $1,000.00. If the flashing is required sooner the customer has the option of paying extra for overnight or second day shipping.
